Solutions Engineer - GRC

Job Description

Diligent is seeking a highly motivated and professional Solutions Engineer to join their team. This role combines technical expertise with commercial acumen to develop solutions for prospective clients. The Solutions Engineer will work closely with leaders from multinational corporations, focusing on GRC and ESG aspects.

Responsibilities:

• Present software demonstrations and accurately define product packages.
• Understand the Diligent sales process and take ownership of the pre-sales technical aspects.
• Demonstrate the Diligent Platform's cross-platform capabilities.
• Present confidently to various buyer types.
• Onboard new team members and guide them on effective presentation styles.
• Develop solution design documents to address business problems.
• Leverage sales tools to enhance presentations.
• Support marketing events, including webinars and conferences.
• Liaise with Product Management teams on new initiatives.
• Maintain strong presentation skills and communicate professionally.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience.
• Expertise across Diligent solutions.
• Strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with Audit, Risk Management, and IT Compliance activities.
• Understanding of risk management frameworks such as ISO 31000, COSO ERM, and NIST RMF.
