AI Integration Engineer

Job Description

FourKites is seeking an AI Integration Engineer to collaborate with Fortune 100 clients, spearheading AI-driven implementations of AI agents within the FourKites platform and integrating them with third-party systems like Blue Yonder, Oracle, and SAP. This role is customer-facing and technically demanding, requiring expertise at the intersection of AI and enterprise systems. The AI Integration Engineer will contribute to all facets of intelligent system integration, encompassing design, needs analysis, AI feature implementation, testing, deployment, and validation.FourKites offers competitive compensation, stock options, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative culture. • Leading AI integration initiatives and collaborating with clients to identify AI enhancement opportunities.
• Championing technical design discussions focused on AI capabilities and translating client requirements into intelligent solutions.
• Driving successful execution of integration workflows on implementation projects.
• Recommending best practices for AI-driven integrations and intelligent data transmission.
• Orchestrating integration testing efforts to validate AI functionality.
• Contributing to the growing AI practice by developing documentation and sharing knowledge.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Information Services, AI/ML, or a related field.
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Javascript/NodeJS, Bash).
• Knowledge of communication protocols (FTP, HTTP, HTTPS, etc.).
• Working knowledge of web service calls (API, SOAP, REST, etc.).
• Understanding of file structures (XML, EDI, flat file, etc.).
• Customer-facing experience with enterprise-level clients.
• Proven communication skills to articulate AI value propositions.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and develop innovative solutions.
• Skill in prioritizing initiatives across multiple projects.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
