Intercom, an AI Customer Service company, is seeking a Senior Sales Strategy & Planning Manager to lead sales planning processes and drive sales productivity improvements. The role involves collaborating with senior leadership and influencing the company's trajectory. This is a hybrid position, requiring at least two days per week in the office.Intercom is looking for someone to:
- Lead annual, semi-annual, and quarterly sales planning.
- Analyze and track sales productivity.
- Partner with GTM leadership, Finance, and RevOps teams.
- Advise GTM leadership on sales planning and strategic initiatives.
- Lead and support ad-hoc GTM strategic projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with sales leadership and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should have:
- 8+ years of experience in sales strategy and planning.
- Experience in high-growth B2B technology companies (SaaS preferred).
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Solid understanding of sales compensation and incentive design.
