Pure Storage is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead hardware projects from conception through release. The ideal candidate will excel in dynamic, small-team settings and contribute to innovative product ideas within massive-scale storage environments. This role involves managing project schedules, identifying risks, and working with stakeholders to mitigate them. The Senior Technical Program Manager will develop and drive new processes, recommend tools, and streamline existing processes. They will also use exceptional communication skills to understand and communicate project strategy, engineering issues, and dependencies.

• Manage technical projects and programs.
• Develop and manage milestones, schedules, and budgets.
• Interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups.
• Develop and drive new processes.
• Manage risks/issues and develop mitigation strategies.

• 8+ years of project management experience in hardware and software product releases.
• Expertise in Agile and Waterfall Release Processes.
• Customer service focus and communication skills.
• Team player and creative thinker.
• Sound organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
