C6 Bank is seeking a Technical Lead / Database Reliability Engineer to join its Site Reliability team in São Paulo, Brazil. The team is responsible for the observability solutions, evolving and sustaining existing platforms to ensure reliability, availability, scalability, and resilience of IT services, ultimately enhancing the customer experience.

The position involves technical leadership, cross-functional integration, cost analysis, project planning, monitoring implementation, incident resolution, interaction with developers for system analysis and optimization, and technology research to provide innovative and high-performance solutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading technical demands.

• Collaborating with developers to optimize data access.
• Evaluating and documenting new database technologies.

Requirements:

• Experience with Linux operating system.
• Knowledge and experience with AWS, OCI, GCP Clouds.
• Specific knowledge in one or more technologies: PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB Atlas is a plus).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
