Job Description
Pure Storage is seeking a Director, Field Solutions Architect to lead AI/Analytics solutions in North America. The role involves growing revenue, providing organizational leadership, and fostering alignment across teams. The director will retain, hire, and lead a team of Field Solutions Architects, ensuring customer success and meeting sales goals. They will also develop messaging for marketing events and build relationships across Pure Storage.
Role involves:
- Growing AI, HPC, and Analytics Solutions revenue in North America.
- Building and adjusting coverage to support existing and new business.
- Strategizing with sales leadership on opportunities.
- Leading and analyzing the solution’s pipeline and forecast.
- Innovating with customer and partner education.
- Collaborating with business units for consistent strategy.
- Mentoring and coaching team members.
- Developing messaging for marketing events.
- Building relationships across Pure Storage.
Requirements:
- 15+ years in a field Pre-sales position.
- Experience with AI/Analytics/HPC Solutions.
- Experience leading a team with direct management responsibilities.
- BS in CS, EE, or other technical degree.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Understanding of industry trends and competition.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong ethics and personal integrity.
