C6 Bank is looking for a Senior IT Governance professional to join their Lean IT Governance area in São Paulo, Brazil. The role involves directing, supporting, and administering IT service management best practices, focusing on optimizing investments, mitigating risks, and eliminating waste. He/she will work as CSixer on:
- Conducting maturity assessments of IT service management processes.
- Leading action plans to resolve issues impacting process maturity.
- Creating policies and procedures aligned with regulatory standards.
- Supporting the dissemination of implemented processes and best practices.
- Proposing performance indicators for IT management processes.
- Developing executive presentations and progress reports.
- Presenting risks and impediments to task completion.
- Improving supplier governance through indicators and contract enhancements.
- Supporting technology contract management and demand prioritization.
- Experience in supplier management or governance.
- Experience in prioritizing demands with external partners.
- Knowledge or certification in IT process management best practices (ITIL, Cobit).
- Intermediate/Advanced English is needed.
- Experience in the financial segment is a plus.
