Job Description
SurveyMonkey is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join their team. This role supports clients and Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, reporting to the Manager of Sales Engineering. The Solutions Consultant provides pre-sales technical, functional, and strategic support to prospective clients and customers, ensuring customer satisfaction. They also collaborate across the organization with product, marketing, legal, and security teams.
The role involves:
- Translating features into value drivers for clients' businesses.
- Providing functional and technical expertise in the pre-sales phase.
- Responding to RFPs/RFIs and custom Security Reviews.
- Being a customer advocate internally.
- Providing training to improve product knowledge and demo abilities.
- Developing a working knowledge of the competitive landscape.
The requirements are:
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales Consultant, Sales Engineer, or equivalent role with a focus on SaaS.
- A curious and inquisitive mind.
- Comfortable presenting to a variety of customers.
- A technical background with experience working with APIs.
- Experience delivering SaaS demonstrations and writing technical business documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Ability to communicate written and orally in English at the B2+ level.
- HTML, CSS, and some Javascript knowledge is preferred.
