Job Description
SurveyMonkey is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join their team. This role supports clients and Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, reporting to the Manager of Sales Engineering. The Solutions Consultant provides pre-sales technical, functional, and strategic support to prospective clients and customers, ensuring customer satisfaction. They also collaborate across the organization with product, marketing, legal, and security teams.

The role involves:
  • Translating features into value drivers for clients' businesses.
  • Providing functional and technical expertise in the pre-sales phase.
  • Responding to RFPs/RFIs and custom Security Reviews.
  • Being a customer advocate internally.
  • Providing training to improve product knowledge and demo abilities.
  • Developing a working knowledge of the competitive landscape.

The requirements are:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Sales Consultant, Sales Engineer, or equivalent role with a focus on SaaS.
  • A curious and inquisitive mind.
  • Comfortable presenting to a variety of customers.
  • A technical background with experience working with APIs.
  • Experience delivering SaaS demonstrations and writing technical business documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Ability to communicate written and orally in English at the B2+ level.
  • HTML, CSS, and some Javascript knowledge is preferred.
