Media Operations Technician

Job Description

Catapult Sports is seeking a Media Operations Technician to capture content for the Vault. The ideal candidate will possess a good working knowledge of college sports and conferences. This role involves managing the daily programming schedule for game day operations, including verifying game times, capture sources, and primary conferences. The position requires weekend and evening work based on the season and schedule.Catapult Sports is world leader in elite sports performance analytics.What this role involves:

• Executing Media Operations schedule and overseeing daily Live Capture process
• Maintaining working knowledge of conferences and content needs
• Tracking content and maintaining daily asset log
• Working on multiple projects with rapidly changing priorities
• Collaborating with the Digital Production Team to verify captured content
• Coordinating inbound Media Ops requests and verifying content delivery
• Working with the Vault development team to report asset issues
• Verifying quality control steps during Live Capture

Requirements:

• Digital sports experience and related operational skills a plus
• Comfortable in a deadline-driven environment
• Team player with strong initiative and work ethic
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
