Job Description
The Student Hotel (TSH) is seeking a Receptionist/Front Office Host for their Rome location. This role involves operating in all front-of-house areas, ensuring each guest has the best possible TSH experience. The ideal candidate will provide a flawless welcome and check-in, offer excellent service in the restaurant and bars, and engage in conversations to make guests' stays unforgettable. They will also be knowledgeable about TSH products and services, cross-selling them to guests.
What this role involves:
- Providing a warm welcome to all guests.
- Assisting guests at self-check-in kiosks.
- Managing new and existing bookings.
- Serving as a city concierge, answering guest questions.
- Maintaining cleanliness in all areas.
- Assisting guests with requests regarding facilities.
Requirements:
- Flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive approach.
- Background in hospitality, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Ability to handle stressful peak periods.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Hardworking, responsible, and a proactive mentality.
- European citizenship or legal authorization to work in Italy.
