Job Description
The Student Hotel is seeking a Front Office Manager for its Rome location. This role involves overseeing the front office operations and ensuring a high level of service for the TSH community. The Front Office Manager will work closely with the Community Manager to maintain a smooth operation, focusing on guest experience, team leadership, and financial performance.
Role Involves:
- Coordinating daily hotel operations.
- Providing support and leadership to the Front of House team.
- Managing daily revenue targets and monitoring performance.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of management experience in a similar hotel role (100+ rooms).
- Problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.
- Excellent English and Italian communication skills.
- Legal authorization to work in Italy.
