C6 Bank is seeking a Backend Developer Specialist to join its Technology area, which is responsible for developing innovative products and solutions for the banking sector. The ideal candidate will strive to use cutting-edge technologies and promote ease, agility, and security for the bank's clients.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the adoption of software engineering best practices.
• Managing technical debts and organizing the team for backlog resolution.
• Implementing features and automations using the technological stack.
• Implementing End-to-End processes.
• Ensuring the development of high-quality code with automated test coverage.
• Investigating and resolving bugs/incidents, analyzing root causes, and implementing solutions.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of software architecture, with previous experience as an architect.
• Experience in Kotlin (or another object-oriented language like Java).
• Knowledge of Git flow.
• Expertise in agility and continuous improvement practices.
• Experience in automating team tests.
• Knowledge of Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Understanding of Domain Driven Design (DDD).
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases and cache solutions.
• Experience in developing resilient and highly available solutions.
• Knowledge of observability.
