Job Description
Too Good To Go is seeking a Head of Business Operations to manage marketplace health across Australia. The company's mission is to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste. They connect businesses with surplus food to consumers via their marketplace app.This role involves:
  • Monitoring marketplace health at the national and city level.
  • Managing cross-functional projects with strategic implications.
  • Developing and operationalizing strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Synthesizing data into actionable recommendations.
  • Supporting knowledge sharing among stakeholders.
  • Supporting the development of operating forecasts and long-term business plans.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Significant work experience in high-performance cultures.
  • A proven track record of leading complex projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and data analysis skills.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
