A Backend Developer position is available at C6 Bank in São Paulo, Brazil, within the Home Equity & Auto Engineering division. The team is responsible for developing and managing platforms and systems related to loans secured by real estate and vehicles. The role involves product development, credit analysis, portfolio management, and regulatory compliance, all focused on providing an efficient and secure experience for customers, using technology to automate processes, analyze data, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The activities involve:

  • Following product development throughout its lifecycle.
  • Providing services linked to the product.
  • Solving technical problems (bugs/incidents/analyses).
  • Following defined policies and processes.
  • Coding unit, functional, and performance tests.
  • Instrumenting applications for performance information extraction, operation logs, and metrics.

Requirements include:

  • Knowledge of object-oriented languages and no restrictions on working with Java and Kotlin.
  • Experience with Microservices Architecture.
  • Knowledge of software development best practices – TDD, DDD, Clean Code, and Hexagonal Architecture.
  • Understanding of Agile Practices/Frameworks: SCRUM or KANBAN.
  • Knowledge of SQL Databases, HTTP/HTTPS Protocol, and GIT / Git Flow.
  • Experience with data streaming and event-driven solutions.
  • Knowledge of ApiGee and NodeJs platforms (server-side management, API management).
  • Desirable knowledge in Spring boot and/or Javalin, noSQL, Docker, and Kubernetes.
