C6 Bank is seeking a Backend Developer to join its PayGo Technology team. The team is responsible for developing innovative banking products and solutions, utilizing cutting-edge technologies with a focus on security. This role involves implementing architectural improvements, troubleshooting issues, and developing new features and automations.
The developer will work on end-to-end backend applications, ensuring code quality and automated test coverage.
Responsibilities:
- Implement architectural improvements focused on reducing dependencies and improving availability.
- Troubleshoot issues and address incidents with a focus on automations and definitive corrections.
- Implement new features and automations using approved tools to bring value to C6 Bank's clients and operations.
- Develop backend applications end-to-end across development, validation and production environments.
- Focus on developing high-quality code with automated test coverage.
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of Java is essential.
- Knowledge of Kotlin is a plus.
- Experience with Relational and Non-Relational databases.
- Good understanding of requirements, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience using Agile software development processes and continuous improvement practices.
- Experience in Test Development and Automation.
