Job Description

PayPay, a fintech company with over 69 million users, is seeking a contract employee to join their HRBP team as a HR Assistant. This role will support the HRBP team in a variety of tasks, allowing HRBP members to focus on solving personnel issues related to the company's rapid growth.

The HR Assistant will be responsible for a wide range of support tasks within PayPay's HR department.

Role involves:

  • Data entry and document creation
  • Preparation and operation of personnel measures
  • Registration to the personnel system
  • Assisting with personnel interviews
  • Scheduling personnel interviews
  • Responding to employee inquiries

Requirements:

  • Experience in HR, secretarial work, or as a department assistant
  • PC skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
  • Hospitality and communication skills
  • Proactive attitude and ability to understand the background and goals of tasks
  • Adaptability to change and different cultures
  • Business-level Japanese and English proficiency
