Job Description
Teads is seeking a Business Development Manager to contribute to the growth and retention of their mid-tail market publisher business. This role involves working closely with the business and account management teams to assess and convert inbound leads, identify new publishers, drive inside sales of the company's products, and assist in special projects and market analysis. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for prospecting, negotiating, and signing new deals.

Role Involves:
  • Driving growth through upselling and cross-selling of Teads' product offerings.
  • Shaping new processes in collaboration with the Marketing and MIS teams.
  • Managing the full lifecycle of inbound leads, from qualification to deal closure.
  • Proactively identifying and reaching out to potential clients through outbound sales initiatives.
  • Conducting market research to uncover opportunities and understand client needs.
  • Collaborating with Business Development and Account Management teams.
  • Delivering presentations, building client relationships, and negotiating contracts.
  • Analyzing performance, identifying upselling opportunities, and optimizing campaigns.

Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, technology, or sales.
  • Proven sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance data.
  • Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience using web analytics tools.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Experience with Sales Engagement Platforms such as Outreach - a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
