Job Description
Teads, a global omnichannel outcomes platform, is seeking an Account Manager to join their team in Paris. This role is pivotal in nurturing client relationships and ensuring the success of advertising campaigns across the Teads platform. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for agencies, trading desks, and direct clients, overseeing campaigns from inception to completion.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing national and international campaigns.
- Maintaining daily relationships with clients.
- Implementing, testing, and controlling digital Ads.
- Developing, coordinating, and monitoring client-/campaign-specific advertising goals.
- Controlling, monitoring, and optimizing campaign goals.
- Creating reports.
- Collaborating with the sales team.
- Managing, monitoring, and optimizing programmatic campaigns.
- Troubleshooting and supporting clients to build Deals IDs on their DSPs.
- Quality management.
- Interfacing with internal departments and external partners.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in online Ad Operations/Account Management.
- Good understanding of ad serving technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience with DSP/SSPs and programmatic buying.
- Fluent French and English speaking and writing skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Attention to detail, own ideas, well-organized, sense of responsibility, and analytical skills.
