Full-Stack Developer - ShareGate

Job Description

Workleap is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to join their ShareGate team. The successful candidate will be involved in every step of product development, from solution discussions to shipping features, and will contribute to the overall user experience quality. The Full-Stack Developer will work closely with other squad members in a fast and effective feedback loop.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and sustainable software solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver valuable features.
• Take ownership of systems and features, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Contribute to code reviews and technical discussions.
• Proactively suggest improvements and influence team decisions.

Requirements:

• Significant experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET for backend development.
• Solid knowledge of React (TypeScript) for the frontend.
• Comfortable working with NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Experience with Azure cloud and tools like Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to prioritize time wisely.
