C6 Bank is seeking a skilled Senior Backend Developer to join its Core Business Products Engineering team, focusing on Open Finance initiatives. The ideal candidate will contribute to enhancing the bank's architecture, ensuring high availability, scalability, security, and data integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Implement architectural improvements to reduce dependencies and enhance system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and incidents, focusing on automation and permanent solutions.
• Develop new features and automations using approved tools to benefit C6 Bank clients and operations.
• Develop backend applications end-to-end, covering development, testing, and production environments.
• Prioritize code quality and automated test coverage.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Java is essential.
• Knowledge of Git flow.
• Familiarity with Kotlin is a plus.
• Experience with both relational and non-relational databases is desirable.
• Strong understanding of requirements, negotiation skills, and ability to communicate with stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile development processes and continuous improvement practices.
• Experience in test development and automation.
