Job Description

Vimeo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its Payments team in New York. The Payments team is responsible for the platform that enables the sale of all products and services on Vimeo. The ideal candidate will be passionate about collaboration, curious, and driven by attention to detail.Role involves:

• Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
• Developing, testing, deploying, and monitoring software.
• Improving tooling to identify and debug production issues.

Requirements:

• Experience with at least one server-side programming language.
• Knowledge of relational database systems and data modeling techniques.
• Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Attention to detail.
