Job Description
dbt Labs is seeking an Account Manager to support, retain, and grow their customer base. This is a hybrid role based in Austin, Texas. The Account Manager will build strategic plans, manage sales cycles, and protect renewals by monitoring account signals and deepening executive alignment.

What this role involves:
  • Building strategic plans to drive expansion in Commercial and Enterprise accounts.
  • Managing multiple sales cycles and customer campaigns.
  • Protecting renewals by monitoring account signals.
  • Deepening executive alignment.
  • Helping customers realize consistent value.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales or account management.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong consultative selling skills.
  • Proactive and organized.
