Resident Architect (East)

Job Description

dbt Labs is seeking a Resident Architect to join its Professional Services team. The Resident Architect will be responsible for helping dbt Cloud Enterprise customers achieve their goals by solving challenging problems with dbt. This role involves working on a variety of impactful customer technical projects, consulting on architecture and design, and collaborating with internal teams.

The Resident Architect will work with dbt Cloud Enterprise customers and help them achieve their goals. They will also collaborate with internal teams and provide feedback to the product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

• Drive customer outcomes

• Consult on architecture and design

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Expertise in at least one data platform (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift)
• Experience using dbt Cloud
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Comfort with technical project delivery
• Excellent communication skills
