Lightspeed is seeking a Senior Capital Collections Specialist to join their global team. This role is pivotal in managing complex recovery cases, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring strict regulatory compliance. The specialist will engage with merchants, requiring strategic thinking and empathetic communication.
Role involves:
Managing at-risk capital advance accounts and negotiating repayment plans.
Identifying data trends and potential issues in collections.
Partnering with internal teams to drive solutions and provide portfolio reporting.
Ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Leveraging data analytics to inform strategic recovery initiatives.
Offering recommendations for process improvements.
Maintaining knowledge of Lightspeed Capital products and systems.
Providing insights on recovery policies and playbooks.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in collections or a target-driven call center.
Experience in collections for a financial institution.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work autonomously and efficiently.
Experience within the fintech or e-commerce industry is an asset.
Experience with data reporting tools is advantageous.
