C6 Bank is seeking a Generative AI Developer to join its Marketplace Engineering team in São Paulo, Brazil. The team is responsible for strategic projects, including the evolution of C6 Assistant, C6 Bank's generative AI assistant, and the advancement of its LLMOps platform.

The role involves working with cutting-edge technology to impact millions of customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and collaborate on end-to-end generative AI solutions.
• Implement new functionalities and automations, adding value to clients.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and quality assurance teams to establish CI/CD practices.
• Work with technology teams to reduce dependencies and improve scalability and security.
• Troubleshoot, correct bugs and incidents, prioritizing automations and definitive solutions.
• Maintain focus on quality code with automated tests and good engineering practices.

Requirements:

• Knowledge in Data Science applied to unstructured data.
• Experience in Generative AI, LLMs, embeddings, and Machine Learning and NLP models.
• Strong skills in Python and other relevant programming languages.
• Proficiency in version control systems (Git).
• Knowledge in relational and non-relational databases.
• Familiarity with Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain (differential).
