Job Description

AB InBev Growth Group is seeking an Operations Analyst to join their team in São Paulo, Brazil. This role is 100% on-site and involves working closely with the Customer Success team to ensure a positive partner experience. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for setting up and maintaining partner stores, analyzing store performance, proposing data-driven strategies, and communicating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Setting up and maintaining the partner's store (Dig.Comms, Promotions, Catalog, Club B, Tasks, etc.)
  • Analyzing the store's performance results.
  • Proposing strategies and actions based on data analysis to drive partner results.
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the proper functioning of the partner solution.
