Job Description
Airtable is seeking a Product Marketing Lead to drive the growth of its self-serve business. This role involves shaping product strategy, developing messaging and positioning, and executing go-to-market plans. The Product Marketing Lead will collaborate with product, demand generation, and sales teams to enhance Airtable's profile as a platform for building AI-powered apps. They will also focus on driving adoption of new AI products and fostering a builder community.Responsibilities:
  • Influence product strategy and roadmap for PLG initiatives.
  • Develop clear and differentiated messaging for self-serve audiences.
  • Create sales enablement materials based on customer use cases.
  • Execute go-to-market plans for self-serve programs.
  • Lead product launches for PLG initiatives.
  • Generate momentum within the builder community through engaging content.
  • Optimize the end-to-end self-serve customer journey using data.
  • Serve as the PLG champion across the organization.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, with 2+ years in PLG or self-serve SaaS.
  • Proven track record in developing positioning and GTM strategies for technical products.
  • Strong understanding of the PLG motion and self-serve conversion funnels.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling value propositions.
  • Data-driven approach with a focus on customer journey metrics.
  • Understanding of AI integration in productivity platforms.
  • Experience with influencer marketing in technical communities.
  • Background in both B2B and B2C marketing.
