Job Description
Lush Cosmetics is seeking a Part-Time Floor Leader for their Green Valley location in Henderson, Nevada. This role supports the Store Management Team in driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence. The Floor Leader will spend their time on the shop floor, leading and inspiring a team of sales associates to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Driving sales and providing coaching to the sales team.
- Delivering a world-class customer experience, including product demonstrations.
- Educating customers on Lush brand values.
- Training and coaching Sales Ambassadors on sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Managing cash handling and store opening/closing procedures.
- Maintaining a clean and visually appealing store.
- Supporting inventory tasks and ensuring fresh standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
- Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
- Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
- Problem-solving skills related to customer service.
- Experience working in a fast-paced team environment.
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
