FP&A Manager - Manufacturing

Job Description

Lush is seeking an FP&A Manager - Manufacturing to play a crucial role in developing and executing the company's vision. This role supports financial results through insights, decision support, and accurate planning, focusing on the Manufacturing & Distribution streams. The FP&A Manager will report to the Head of FP&A and will be responsible for leading the Manu Finance & Analysis team, providing coaching, development, and support.

The FP&A Manager will partner with the Manufacturing & Distribution teams, delivering timely and relevant financial support. They will transform data into understandable trends, conduct variance analysis, manage forecasting and budgeting processes, and develop KPIs to identify actionable opportunities. The role also involves improving finance knowledge across the business and providing decision support for CAPEX projects and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing the Manu Finance & Analysis team.
• Providing financial business partnership to Manufacturing & Distribution teams.
• Turning data into easily understood trends and impacts.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to maximize performance and profitability.
• Conducting month-end variance analysis and operational reviews.
• Managing monthly financial forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
• Developing and improving metrics and KPIs.
• Creating centralized tools and dashboards for business users.
• Improving finance knowledge across the business.
• Providing decision support and ROI analysis.
• Supporting inventory planning and supply review processes.

Requirements include:

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience.
• 3+ years of experience in leading high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proactive approach and initiative.
• Excellent time management skills.
