Job Description
Workleap is seeking a creative and results-oriented Partner Growth Manager for a 12-month contract. This role focuses on driving revenue for ShareGate through partner-based growth strategies. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, the Partner Growth Manager will collaborate with the Director of Partnerships and her team to build a scalable partner growth engine.This role involves transforming strategic ideas into actionable plans, collaborating with various teams, and delivering measurable results. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping the partner marketing function and driving ShareGate's success.Responsibilities:
  • Creating and launching integrated marketing strategies to accelerate pipeline and increase sales via partners.
  • Acting as a key liaison between Channel and Marketing teams to align objectives and accelerate projects.
  • Leading co-branded initiatives with strategic partners, including webinars, events, and case studies.
  • Launching targeted campaigns to activate inactive partners and accelerate their sales.
  • Contributing to the design and improvement of the ShareGate partner program.
  • Optimizing the partner portal to ensure it is up-to-date and easy to navigate.
  • Defining KPIs and tracking revenue and pipeline growth through partners.
  • Managing budgets to maximize ROI on partner campaigns.
Requirements:
  • University degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in partner or channel marketing, ideally in SaaS or IT.
  • Solid understanding of partner ecosystems and indirect sales models.
  • Proven experience in creating marketing programs that generate measurable revenue.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM/PRM, Nearbound platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Creative spirit with a strong inclination for experimentation and continuous improvement.
