Workleap is seeking a Full-stack Developer to join their ShareGate team. Workleap creates employee experience software designed to simplify work. Their products include Workleap, an employee experience platform, and ShareGate, a solution for managing data in Microsoft 365. The company is trusted by over 20,000 companies across 100 countries.

This role involves participating in all stages of product creation, from solution discussions to technical choices and feature delivery. The developer will collaborate with team members in a fast feedback loop.

Responsibilities:

• Developing, delivering, and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and durable software solutions.
• Collaborating with PMs, designers, and developers to design useful features.
• Taking responsibility for systems and features, ensuring their reliability and performance.
• Contributing to code reviews and technical discussions.
• Proposing technical improvements and proactively identifying problems.

Requirements:

• Significant experience in full-stack development, ideally in a product environment.
• Solid understanding of C# and .NET for the backend.
• Good knowledge of React (TypeScript) for the frontend.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Experience with Azure cloud and tools like Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Comfortable with ambiguity.
