Inbank is seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Telesales Specialist to join their team in Riga, Latvia. Inbank is focused on innovation and growth, and this role involves developing skills in financial services sales while assisting clients in making informed decisions.This role involves:

• Consulting individuals by phone about Inbank's financial products and contract terms.
• Understanding client needs and proactively offering suitable financing solutions.
• Guiding clients through the entire lending process, from initial contact to contract conclusion.
• Achieving sales targets while ensuring a positive and trustworthy customer experience.

Inbank expects that the candidate has:

• Experience in customer service, telesales, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in Latvian, Russian, and English.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to processes.
