Inbank is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join their call center team in Kaunas. The successful candidate will be responsible for consulting clients on financial services and contracts, analyzing client needs, providing advice on using Inbank services, ensuring high-quality customer service, and achieving sales targets.Role involves:

• Consulting clients on financial services via phone.
• Analyzing client needs and resolving issues.
• Providing advice on using Inbank services.
• Ensuring high-quality customer service.
• Achieving individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience in the financial sector is an advantage.
• Customer-oriented with a focus on high-quality service.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Positive, proactive, and open to innovation.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and understanding of English.
