C6 Bank is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join its CRM Engineering area. This team is responsible for implementing and supporting customer service and messaging solutions using Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Vlocity, Bots, and IVR. The role involves integrations, app configurations, and RPA implementations.
The Salesforce Developer will contribute to technical analysis in projects, gather technical requirements, and translate them into solutions following development best practices. This person will develop medium-complexity Apex code and provide support for delivered functionalities.
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical analysis for projects.
- Gathering technical requirements.
- Developing Apex code (Visualforce, Triggers, Apex Classes, Test Classes, Lightning Components).
- Documenting deliveries.
- Supporting functionalities.
Requirements:
- Experience with Apex development (Visualforce, Triggers, Apex Classes, Test Classes, Lightning Components).
- Experience with development in Services, Sales, and Experience clouds.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Good communication skills with the ability to deliver solutions within agreed deadlines.
- Desired: Knowledge in Mytrailhead, Knowledge base, Einstein, DigitalEngagement functionalities.
- Desired: Knowledge of Agile methodology.
- Desired: Knowledge in the use of Pipeline Tools (Jenkins, Travis, Bitbucket Pipeline).
