Job Description
Scale AI is seeking a Strategic Product Manager for Strategic Accounts to serve as a trusted partner for researchers and executives in the AI industry. The Strategic Product Manager will independently lead high-stakes customer meetings and engagements, working across research, engineering, operations, and finance functions. This individual will drive new opportunities and expand existing ones, becoming a critical part of the account's success.Role involves:
  • Owning executive and researcher relationships.
  • Driving technical excellence through partnership with Engineering and Applied ML teams.
  • Operating strategically and autonomously to identify and drive high-impact opportunities.
  • Proactively escalating risks and proposing solutions.
Requirements:
  • Deep familiarity with AI/ML data requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence.
  • Experience with Big Tech or AI labs.
  • 5+ years of experience in fast-paced environments leading cross-functional teams.
