C6 Bank is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join its Vehicle Financing area. This role is based in São Paulo, Brazil, and focuses on providing an innovative digital experience for vehicle financing. The analyst will contribute to transforming the vehicle acquisition process into a more accessible and efficient journey for C6 Bank's clients.He/She will be part of the Vehicle department, and he/she will be responsible for market mappings, strategy definition, insights generation, commercial dispersion analysis, incentive program management, commercial distribution optimization, and action plan development. C6 Bank values analytical skills, communication abilities, and teamwork.Responsibilities:

• Conducting market mappings of vehicle financing and analyze the competition.
• Defining strategies based on business needs.
• Generating insights through data analysis.
• Analyzing commercial dispersion and developing actions to optimize performance.
• Managing the complete flow of Incentive Programs.
• Being responsible for commercial distribution (Geographic Optimization and result maximization).
• Building and monitoring 'Action Plans' focused on profitability.

Requirements:

• Analytical profile.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of data tools (SQL, SAS, PHYTON, etc.).
• Experience in Commercial Planning in Vehicles (differential).
• Critical analysis and logical reasoning skills, proactive, good communication, dynamism, and teamwork.
• Availability to work in person in the central region of São Paulo (Av. 9 de Julho).
