Job Description
Turing, a fast-growing AI company based in Palo Alto, California, is seeking a Sr. Manager, FP&A to lead financial strategy and planning. This role involves partnering with leadership to drive planning, margin performance, and strategic decision-making across delivery functions. The Sr. Manager will serve as the connective tissue between the business and Finance, translating financials into operational strategy.

Role Involves:
  • Owning the full financial model and forecast for a business segment.
  • Partnering with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and R&D leadership to build operating plans.
  • Building and maintaining dynamic margin models.
  • Driving initiatives around unit economics, resource allocation, and headcount forecasting.
  • Analyzing performance and delivering actionable insights.
  • Leading management and board reporting processes.
  • Collaborating with Accounting to ensure accurate actuals and aligned reporting timelines.

Requirements:
  • 7–10 years of experience in FP&A, consulting, strategic finance, or investment banking.
  • Strong understanding of cost structures, margin modeling, and headcount planning.
  • Self-starter with high ownership and intellectual curiosity.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
  • Advanced Excel/Sheets skills; SQL, dashboarding, or BI tool experience is a plus.
