Senior Product Designer - Design Systems

Job Description

Easygo is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their Creative team, focusing on Design Systems. The role involves shaping the design language and infrastructure for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency and scalability. The Senior Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a robust system, mentor designers, and champion design system adoption across the organization.

Easygo is a service provider to brands within the iGaming industry, including Stake.com, Kick.com, and Twist Gaming. Headquartered in Melbourne, the company has grown to a workforce of 500+ individuals.

What this role involves:

• Creating, maintaining, and evolving a comprehensive Design System.
• Ensuring consistency across all digital products.
• Developing and refining comprehensive documentation.
• Mentoring and supporting designers.
• Championing the adoption of the Design System.
• Working closely with engineering teams.
• Advocating for accessibility and inclusivity.
• Auditing and enhancing existing design systems.
• Staying ahead of industry trends.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UI design, or design systems.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
• Strong technical understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks).
• Proven leadership in driving design system adoption.
• Experience implementing and governing design systems at scale.
• Deep understanding of accessibility (WCAG) standards.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
