Teachable is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to play a critical role in driving the company’s financial strategy and supporting key business decisions through comprehensive analysis. The Strategic Finance Manager will be instrumental in shaping pricing governance, developing innovative pricing strategies, and assessing market competitiveness.

This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills who can translate financial data into actionable insights. Collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure alignment and drive impactful initiatives. This position is based in a hybrid capacity in Belo Horizonte or São Paulo, requiring 1-2 days per week in the office.

In this role, the Strategic Finance Manager will:
  • Build, oversee, and govern pricing structures to ensure alignment with company objectives and market standards.
  • Develop and implement cutting-edge pricing strategies while conducting thorough competitiveness assessments to optimize market positioning.
  • Lead and manage special projects focused on strategic initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making and enhance business performance.

The ideal candidate will bring:
  • Consulting experience in GTM strategies, pricing strategy, business analysis, or financial consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manage large sets of data.
  • Experience with quantitative analysis and familiarity with pricing models.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Presentation skills.
