Job Description
Podium is seeking a Principal Product Manager to spearhead its AI initiatives within the Automotive vertical. This role involves defining product direction, understanding customer outcomes, and shaping the long-term strategy for driving revenue in the auto industry. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, capable of translating customer problems into effective product solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with dealership and service center managers to understand their business needs.
  • Set the strategic direction for Podium's Automotive AI platform.
  • Lead the roadmap, strategy, and performance for the Automotive segment.
  • Design and implement AI agents that automate high-value workflows.
  • Expand the platform's capabilities for auto dealers.
  • Collaborate with various teams including engineering, design, and sales.
  • Participate in detailed product management tasks.

Requirements:
  • 8-10+ years of product management or related industry experience.
  • Deep understanding of AI agent design and enterprise integrations.
  • Focus on customer pain points and translating insights into product solutions.
