Senior Product Designer

Podium is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their team in Lehi, Utah. Podium's mission is to equip local businesses with a comprehensive platform and AI-driven tools to convert leads into paying customers. The Product Design team plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality experiences that empower local businesses.

As a Senior Product Designer, the candidate will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to develop and implement innovative solutions for small businesses worldwide. They will be responsible for designing workflows, interactions, prototypes, and visuals that are both practical and impactful.

The role involves:

• Collaboratively defining and executing Podium scheduling experiences.
• Conceiving innovative new features and ideas.
• Engaging in a cross-functional team.
• Contributing to high-level strategic decisions.
• Leading projects and teams.
• Conducting user research and synthesizing results.
• Identifying the needs of local businesses and improving existing features.
• Defining the short and long-term roadmap for product areas.
• Designing beautiful, simple, innovative, and intuitive experiences and flows.
• Regularly giving and receiving feedback on designs and strategic product decisions.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• 5+ years of experience designing and shipping consumer-grade software.
• Proficiency in clarifying complex information architecture.
• Familiarity with designing experiences with third-party integrations.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, or other design tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong visual design skills and passion for interaction design.
• Ability to prototype interactive mobile experiences.
• Ability to think at a high level about product strategy.
• Passion for building products to help local businesses.
