Job Description
Eucalyptus, an Australian-founded digital healthcare company, is seeking a Clinical Insights Analyst in Manila to support its Australian operations. The company aims to revolutionize healthcare by addressing challenges in areas like fertility and chronic conditions. This role involves conducting clinical audits, presenting findings to the Australian clinical team, and collaborating on improving clinical services.
Role Involves:
- Conducting clinical audits of prescribing practitioners and care team members.
- Presenting findings to the clinical team in Australia.
- Communicating with practitioners and patients following established protocols.
- Assisting with general clinical tasks such as drafting patient education materials.
- Collaborating remotely with Australian colleagues.
- Identifying and recommending opportunities for improving clinical service quality and safety.
Requirements:
- Licensed healthcare professional (doctor, pharmacist, nurse, or dietitian).
- At least 1 year of post-registration clinical experience.
- Comfortable using computers and digital tools; experience with Mac and Google Workspace is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven.
- Strong time management skills.
- Prior experience with clinical audits, quality improvement, or healthcare compliance is an advantage.
