Eucalyptus is seeking a Founding Growth Lead to spearhead the growth of a new brand focused on transforming healthcare access in the UK. This role involves driving customer acquisition, building a scalable marketing engine, and shaping the brand's presence across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, mission-driven, and possess a strong understanding of clinical care, digital experience, and behavior change.About Eucalyptus:Eucalyptus is dedicated to improving global health, particularly in addressing obesity and related chronic diseases. Through its Juniper program, Eucalyptus combines GLP-1 medication with personalized nutrition and exercise plans, supported by a multidisciplinary care team. The company has experienced significant growth, expanding its patient base, receiving NICE endorsement, and increasing its team size.Role Involves:

• Leading growth strategy across GTM, brand, performance, and owned channels.
• Running and scaling paid channels, including search, social, and affiliate marketing.
• Optimizing the full funnel to improve conversion, LTV, and ROI.
• Building systems for tracking, attribution, campaign operations, and analytics.
• Collaborating with product, design, and content teams to deliver high-converting creative.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing, preferably in a high-growth startup or direct-to-consumer environment.
• Expertise in scaling performance channels like Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Experience owning the full funnel and driving uplift across landing pages, onboarding flows, and CRM.
• Ability to create and refine creative content that converts.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in marketing analytics and attribution models.
