Job Description
Dialpad is seeking an IT Support Specialist to manage IT systems and audiovisual infrastructure. This role is crucial for ensuring optimal hardware and software use, enhancing system performance, and providing technical support to end-users. The IT Support Specialist will report to the Director of IT and will be based in the Pasig City, Metro Manila office, requiring 5 days a week in the office.
What This Role Involves:
- Providing timely resolution and support to end-users.
- Improving operational efficiency across all levels and locations.
- Onboarding and training end-users on hardware and software.
- Analyzing IT requirements and providing advice on IT systems.
- Assisting with information security and device security protocols.
- Managing IT assets and access to critical end-user systems.
- Installing and configuring new equipment and software.
- Managing inventory and supporting AV equipment.
- Troubleshooting IT issues via various channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist supporting macOS and Windows.
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Proficiency in IT helpdesk software (e.g., Jira Service Manager, Zendesk, ServiceNow).
- Experience with audiovisual equipment and technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have experience working with and managing macOS and Windows devices.
- Must have experience managing endpoint solutions such as antivirus and patch management tools.
- Must have experience supporting system and IT audits.
- Amenable to work in the US Time zone (night shift) and onsite in Ortigas.
