Job Description
OKX is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to join their Monitoring & Testing team. This role is crucial for building and executing a robust monitoring and testing framework, incorporating both automated control monitoring and targeted testing reviews. The Senior Compliance Manager will enhance the oversight of key compliance risks, ensuring controls are operating effectively across the business.

Role Involves:
  • Designing and implementing compliance monitoring activities.
  • Leading and executing testing reviews.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Developing and maintaining testing methodologies.
  • Providing actionable insights from monitoring results.
  • Supporting the refinement of key compliance metrics and dashboards.
  • Contributing to annual planning and regulatory exam readiness.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in a second line of defense Monitoring & Testing or Audit role.
  • Strong knowledge of control testing principles and methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience designing or operating automated monitoring routines.
  • Familiarity with applicable regulatory requirements and risk frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Organised, analytical, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Bachelors' Degree qualified.
