Job Description
OKX is seeking a Team Lead for VIP Customer Service in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Team Lead will be responsible for the daily management and supervision of the VIP team, tracking data indicators, and building the brand image of VIP managers. They will execute team goals, plan policies, and optimize processes to ensure efficient operations. The ideal candidate will be familiar with competitive products and continuously promote product optimization to enhance the VIP user experience.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Strong sense of responsibility and execution ability

  • Stress tolerance
  • 2+ years of customer service team management experience (10+ members)
  • Good sensitivity and foresight
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Willingness to work in Tun Razak Exchange
