Job Description
OKX is seeking a Senior Associate, Fraud Risk to join their team in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves reviewing thawing or unbinding requests, centralizing operational authority, ensuring the correctness of restriction removal, reducing the risk of operational errors, and collaborating with other departments.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Relevant professional knowledge in network security and risk management
  • Strong logical thinking and risk assessment abilities
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Willingness to work permanent overnight shifts
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Deep understanding of operational processes and adherence to norms
  • Ability to rapidly learn new knowledge and skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and patience
  • Willingness to work in Tun Razak Exchange
