Job Description
OKX is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their team in Sliema, Malta. This role involves providing exceptional user experience for all internal users, enhancing and managing the IT infrastructure, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of the platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-response support for computer systems, applications, network connections, software, and hardware.
  • Administer and manage software like Google Workspace, MS Office, Jamf MDM, Jira, Adobe, and Slack.
  • Set up company-issued laptops, manage software and hardware installation, and handle debugging and maintenance.
  • Act as the point of contact for IT-related systems in the office, including VOIP, video conferencing, CCTV, and access control.
  • Assist new hires with onboarding and provide introductions to IT systems.
  • Resolve technical problems related to LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi.
  • Participate in global IT initiatives and projects.
  • Create IT knowledge-sharing documents and improve the IT service knowledge base.
  • Implement technical standards and solutions designed by the Global IT team.
  • Improve IT service satisfaction for internal users.


Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Proficiency with macOS is a MUST, as well as familiarity with Windows, Linux, MS Office, Google Workspace, Jamf MDM, Jira, and other applications.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Good verbal communication and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and tight deadlines.
