Job Description
The IT Support Engineer role at OKX involves providing seamless IT support to internal users. The candidate will be part of a team that manages the IT infrastructure, ensuring its reliability and scalability. They will collaborate with various teams to align policies and maintain information security.

Role Involves:
  • Responding to queries related to computer systems, applications, networks, software, and hardware.
  • Administering software and applications like Google Workspace, MS Office, Jamf MDM, Jira, Adobe, and Slack.
  • Setting up company-issued laptops, managing software and hardware installation, and handling debugging and maintenance.
  • Acting as the point of contact for IT-related systems in the office, including VOIP, video conferencing, CCTV, and access control.
  • Assisting new hires with onboarding and providing introductions to IT systems.
  • Resolving technical problems related to LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi.
  • Participating in global IT initiatives and projects.
  • Creating IT knowledge-sharing documents and improving the IT service knowledge base.
  • Implementing technical standards and solutions designed by the Global IT team.
  • Improving IT service satisfaction for internal users.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with macOS is essential, along with Windows, Linux, MS Office, Google Workspace, Jamf MDM, Jira, and other applications.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Good verbal communication and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent English and Hungarian language skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and tight deadlines.
