Job Description

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Senior Legal Operations Program Manager, Vendor Management, to support the Legal Department’s vendor portfolio, with emphasis on outside counsel vendor management. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing relationships with external vendors. • Developing and maintaining strong, strategic relationships with billing departments.
• Collaborating with internal Legal teams to understand their needs and project scopes.
• Analyzing billing practices and managing legal spend.
• Preparing and presenting reports on outside counsel performance.
• Monitoring and assessing the performance of vendors against SLAs and KPIs.
• Ensuring vendors adhere to company policies and compliance requirements.
• Facilitating training sessions for internal teams on best practices for managing vendors.
• Advising on strategic ad-hoc projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in program management delivery.
• Highly analytical with mastery of advanced data functions.
• Willingness to ramp up on new technologies.
• Advanced Office 365 experience.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple relationships and projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams.
